We usually ship items within 3 business days. Also, please keep in mind, that our business is on Pacific Standard Time. Thus, if you order on a Friday evening (PST), your order will be shipped out On Wednesday at the latest. Yet again, there are times where shipments are late for various reasons.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Please note that Kratom is illegal in certain cities, states, and counties. If you ask us to ship to an area where kratom is prohibited, your order will be cancelled and your will be refunded. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
All items are well packaged and documented before being shipped. Some shipments will require signature confirmation.
