Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Shipping Times

We ship all orders using [USPS / UPS]. We strive to process and ship all items within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, expected delivery time frames are [3-5 business days] depending on your location. Please keep in mind that our fulfillment center operates on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

2. Shipping Destinations

Due to specific legal restrictions on our products, we only ship to locations within the United States where kratom is legally permitted. We strictly cannot and will not ship to any state, county, or city where kratom is currently banned (please refer to the restricted locations listed in our policy below). Additionally, we do not offer shipping to international destinations.

3. Kratom Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying local and state legislation, we cannot ship kratom products to jurisdictions where they are currently prohibited. If an order containing kratom is placed with a shipping address in a restricted area, your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

Currently, we do not ship kratom to the following locations:

• States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

• Counties & Cities:

  • California: San Diego (City) and Oceanside (City)

  • Colorado: Monument and Parker

  • Florida: Sarasota County

  • Illinois: Jerseyville, Alton, and Edwardsville

  • Mississippi: Alcorn County, Calhoun County, Itawamba County, Lowndes County, Monroe County, Noxubee County, Prentiss County, Tippah County, Tishomingo County, Union County, Winston County, and various cities including Columbus, Fulton, Mantachie, Pontotoc, and Saltillo.

  • New Hampshire: Franklin (City)

4. Packaging and Delivery

To ensure your products arrive safely and discreetly, all items are thoroughly documented and securely packaged prior to dispatch. For added security and to ensure your order reaches the correct hands, some shipments may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
